21 Sparks provides an instant in-app account deletion control inside your profile settings. Confirming deletion immediately wipes all profile photos, psychometric answers, match links, chat transcripts, and hardware identifiers from production databases within 60 seconds.

1. Introduction

21 Sparks Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the 21 Sparks mobile application and website (21sparks.app / 21sparks.com). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information is handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Apple App Store Review Guidelines.

2. Strictly 18+ Age Policy

21 Sparks is an adult dating service strictly restricted to users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we identify that an account has been created by a minor, the account and all associated records are permanently purged immediately.

3. Information We Collect

Account Details: Name, age/date of birth, gender, sexual orientation, profile photos, and email address (or Apple ID / Google OAuth identifier).
Psychometric Questionnaire Responses: Your daily 21 questions answers used to calculate multi-vector compatibility scores against candidate pools.
Location Data: Approximate coarse city-level geolocation used to match you within your 50-mile discovery radius or Global Passport destination.
Chat Messages: End-to-end encrypted messaging logs between matched users.
Device Identifiers: Anonymous hardware identifiers (`IDFV` on iOS, `Android ID` on Android) utilized strictly for trust, safety, and enforcing bans on abusive accounts.

4. How Your Answers Are Shared (Privacy & 21 Spicy)

Standard 21 question answers are shared only with potential matches within the top compatibility deck. 🌶️ 21 Spicy Questions operate under strict mutual privacy: only members who have actively opted in to 21 Spicy can see other members' spicy answers. If you turn off 21 Spicy mode, your answers are immediately hidden from everyone.

5. In-App Account Deletion (Apple 5.1.1)

You have full autonomy over your data. To permanently delete your account and wipe all records at any time:

Open the 21 Sparks App ➔ Go to Profile ➔ Tap Account & Safety Settings ➔ Select Delete Account & Wipe Data.
Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is immediately revoked, and all media, questionnaire history, chats, and tokens are permanently purged within 60 seconds.
