How do I cancel my subscription? ▼
On iOS: Open your iPhone Settings ➔ Tap your Apple ID at the top ➔ Tap Subscriptions ➔ Select 21 Sparks ➔ Tap Cancel Subscription.
On Android: Open the Google Play Store ➔ Tap your profile icon ➔ Tap Payments & subscriptions ➔ Tap Subscriptions ➔ Select 21 Sparks ➔ Tap Cancel.
How does the 24-Hour mutual lock-in work? ▼
When a match occurs, a 24-hour countdown starts toward the 8:00 AM reset. If both partners send at least one message before 8:00 AM, the chat box is permanently saved forever. Unreplied matches vanish at 8:00 AM.
How do I permanently delete my account? ▼
In compliance with Apple Guideline 5.1.1 and GDPR, tap Profile ➔ Account Settings ➔ Delete Account. Type DELETE to confirm. All profile photos, answers, chats, and identifiers are permanently wiped from all servers within 60 seconds.
How do I report harassment or abusive users? ▼
Tap the 🛡️ shield icon on any profile card or chat header. Choose the report category. Reported accounts are instantly quarantined and reviewed by our 24/7 moderation team within 24 hours.
