Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Guideline 1.2 Compliant)
⚠️ Zero-Tolerance Policy on Objectionable Content:
There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or fraudulent content or behaviors. Any user violating these terms will face immediate, permanent account termination and hardware device bans within 24 hours.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using 21 Sparks ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA") and our Community Safety Guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use 21 Sparks. By creating an account, you warrant that you are legally competent and at least 18 years of age. False representation of age constitutes immediate breach and permanent termination.
3. Community Safety & User Content Rules
In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 1.2, you agree not to post, send, or upload content that:
- Contains hate speech, racial slurs, threats, defamation, or harassment.
- Contains nudity, pornographic images, or sexually explicit solicitations.
- Promotes commercial spam, unauthorized links, crypto schemes, or escort services.
- Impersonates any person or falsely states affiliations.
4. 1-Tap In-App Reporting & Blocking
21 Sparks provides built-in tools to protect our community:
- 1-Tap Report: Tap the shield icon on any profile or chat message to immediately submit an incident to our 24/7 AI and human moderation queue. All reports are acted upon within 24 hours.
- 1-Tap Block: You can block any member at any time, which immediately hides them from your swipe decks, removes existing match links, and closes active chat boxes.
5. In-App Subscriptions (StoreKit 2 & Google Billing)
Premium memberships (Sparks Plus at $9.99/mo and Sparks Unlimited at $19.99/mo) are billed via Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit 2) or Google Play Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your iOS Settings or Google Play Store account.
6. 8:00 AM Daily Reset & Vanishing Match Mechanics
Matches occur with a 24-hour countdown toward the daily 8:00 AM reset. Both users must exchange messages before 8:00 AM to permanently preserve the connection. All unreplied connections vanish at 8:00 AM.
